No-Knead Bread… from here.

Overall, mine is good… not great. The crust IS great. I googled it after I made it and it appears to be a very popular recipe that a lot of people have had to tweek a bit.  I will keep the recipe and try again ..less water, more baking time.

It’s still edible tho 😉
